We have a steam Autoclaving system for testing samples. This equipment can accept small SVPs and LVP bottles up to 1000mL.

Special mold and filling tooling can be developed to produce your exact design in your selected appropriate resin with your container/closure/opening feature. Your simulated product can be filled, sealed and used for further stability studies or secondary handling and packaging development.

We have Model 301 B/F/S machines dedicated in a special area for scalable prototyping test runs of designs in a small output concept. 

3D printing using plastic resin can rapidly produce simulated containers as a preview or other considerations.
