The Remote Deflasher would integrate downstream of the Blow/Fill/Seal machine. This unit is typically outside of a cleanroom. Custom designed punch and die tooling separates the filled and sealed containers from the flash. The finished containers are transferred to an exit conveyor, while the scrap flash exits on another conveyor.
