The Asep-Tech^® Model 628 BFS

The Asep-Tech^® Model 628 BFS machine from Weiler Engineering, Inc. features a two-piece stepped base design for easy maintenance and convenient product discharge. All existing Model 624 tooling (molds, fill systems, parison heads) can be used on the Model 628 machine, making it an attractive upgrade for current users.

The Asep-Tech^® Model 628 B/F/S machine is ideally suited for production of 2, 3, 5 and 10mL parenteral liquid ampoules in a range of plastic materials. The Model 628 has the flexibility to produce a complete sterile, liquid filled, tamper-evident package from 0.5mL up to 200mL in full-scale production quantities.

The Model 628 machine comes complete with an integral product buffer tank designed to meet tight fill tolerances and all digital controls that can be interfaced to a Data Acquisition System featuring Wonderware^® software.
